Motor City

Back from the Motor City Comic Con. For me, it was the best Motor City I've ever had! It was great seeing all of the people I normally see, and so much fun to meet those of you who follow me here! Thank you so much for the encouragement and support!

Time to focus on my art show in Chicago in July and finishing up my second art book. To those of you who have a copy of my first one, "Cheesecake, Hookers and Balloons": Would you please drop me a note with a quote I may (or may not) use for the second one? I'm putting something together and would appreciate your input!

I never expected cartoon characters to be portrayed and can easily be distinguished using Heads Up concepts. I enjoyed guessing the names of the characters. Hehehe.

Can I request characters for Heads Up? I would like to see "One Piece" anime characters for starters. I hope it'll push through somehow.

Hello I love your artwork. My wife and kids are doing art projects where they make something everyday, and I decided to do something along with them. I'm making at least one art trading card a day they are drawn by hand using some of your artwork as reference or closely copied. They are purely for my enjoyment and was wondering if you mind. I do not want to insult you or steal your work. I am in no way an artist and am just trying different things. I may post them online with my wife and kids stuff unless you have a problem with them.

I love your work. My wife and I just bought two of your pieces at Planet Coimcon in Kansas city this weekend. We asked the vendor who made these, and now we have found your deviantart page, super excited, your art is great and we will def. be buying more. We bought Chewie and C3PO.
